• Email address — used for authentication (magic link login)
• Conversation history — messages between you and your agent(s)
• Agent configuration — identity, profile, memory, and knowledge you create for your agent
• Usage metrics — approximate token consumption for system monitoring

We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, location data, contacts, photos, or microphone content.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Email is used only for login authentication
• Conversation history is stored solely to provide your agent with context across sessions
• Messages you send are processed by third-party LLM providers (DeepSeek, OpenAI) to generate responses. These providers do not use your data for training
• Agent settings and memory are stored so your agent persists across sessions

3. Privacy of Conversations

Your conversations are private. They are accessible only to you and your agent.

• No human — including the operator — will read, review, or access your conversation history
• Conversation data is never used for training, analysis, or any purpose beyond delivering your agent's responses
• Your conversations are not shared with any third party except the LLM provider necessary to generate each response (see section 2)
• There is no analytics, logging, or monitoring of conversation content — usage metrics are limited to token counts only

4. Data Storage and Security

• Conversation history is retained indefinitely so your agent has full context
• You can clear your conversation history at any time via the "New Chat" function
• Deleting an agent removes its associated data permanently
• We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and access controls

5. Data Sharing

• Messages are transmitted to third-party LLM APIs (DeepSeek, OpenAI) for response generation
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties
• We do not share your information with advertisers or data analytics companies

6. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection law, you have the following rights:

• Access — you can view all data stored by your agent
• Deletion — you can delete conversation history or remove your agent at any time
• Account deletion — you can request account deletion by contacting the administrator; we will respond within 15 business days
• Withdraw consent — you have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 14. If you are a minor (14 to 18), please review this policy with your parent or guardian. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 14, we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notice or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
