1. Definitions

• Service — WILLE AI agent chat platform
• Operator — FounderGraph AI
• Agent — your personalized AI companion capable of conversation, memory, web search, and tool use
• User — any individual who registers and uses the Service
• Content — messages, files you input, and responses generated by your agent

2. Acceptance

By using WILLE, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of these terms.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address to register
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Your account is non-transferable
• If you suspect unauthorized use, contact the operator immediately

4. Minors

• Children under 14 may not use the Service
• Users aged 14 to 18 should review these terms with a parent or guardian
• Parents or guardians are responsible for any use of the Service by a minor

5. Service Description

WILLE provides an AI agent chat service. Each user receives a personalized agent that can hold conversations, maintain memory, search the web, and use tools. Agent responses are generated in real time by AI models.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass authentication or access other users' agents or data
• Use the service to generate harmful, abusive, harassing, deceptive, or sexual content
• Automate interactions in a way that abuses the underlying LLM API
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent any part of the Service

7. AI Output

• Agent responses are generated by AI and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected content
• Do not rely on agent outputs for professional, medical, legal, or financial decisions
• You are responsible for how you use the information provided by your agent
• When publishing AI-generated content publicly, you must label it as "generated by AI"

8. Intellectual Property

• The Operator owns the Service and its related technology
• Your input content and agent-generated responses remain your intellectual property
• You grant the Operator the necessary license to provide the Service to you

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Operator does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

11. Termination

• The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms
• You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion by contacting the administrator
• Upon termination, you will lose access to your agent and conversation history

12. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notice or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
